Steam distribution is where most of the recent efficiency gains have come from. Bainuo's engineering team now models steam-channel layout in 3D before any steel is cut, which lets them balance pressure and flow across every cavity. The result is shorter pre-heating and cooling phases, and a more uniform bead-fusion pattern inside the part.
Cycle-time improvements are driven by ejector-system design and cavity-surface finishes that release parts cleanly without dwell time. Mould life has improved through better steel selection and tighter heat-treatment control, with several Bainuo EPP moulds now hitting 600,000 shots before requiring refurbishment. Maintenance demand has dropped because the steam and cooling channels are designed to be flushed without full mould disassembly.
For buyers, the efficiency gains translate into lower per-part cost and shorter delivery windows on replacement moulds. Bainuo says the new generation of EPP moulds is built to run on three-shift production schedules with minimal operator intervention.
